I had a hydraulic pump fail. It was causing the hydraulic fluid to foam, and spill out of the breather. This series of pictures was taken as I installed a pump seal kit into the failed pump. While I didn't find an obvious failed part on dis-assembly, it was most likely the result of an incident that happened when tractor was new. At that time, I had a quick disconnect come apart, and cause a full blockage of the output. Pump did get very hot, loaded down the engine, but did not fail outright.
